Return Policy
Joe's Creations accepts return or replacement requests only when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when an incorrect item was sent.
If a wholesale MDF cutout arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Joe's Creations within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. For other products, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is approved.
Correctly fulfilled items that arrive in good condition are not eligible for return because of a change of mind. We do not offer exchanges.
Custom and personalized products are final sale, except when they arrive damaged or defective or when Joe's Creations sends an incorrect item.
Please do not send an item back before contacting Joe's Creations and receiving return instructions.
